HUVI.SWISS is now an AG
huvi.swiss KlG has become HUVI.SWISS AG, a Swiss stock corporation. This lays the foundation for our next phase with investors, pilot projects and the next generation of HUVI.GUARDIAN and HUVI.NOMAD for series deployment. Joining us are Dieter Widmer as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Luigi Delfino as Market Development Partner Italy and Ilie Dunca as Operational Expert Wildfire Response. At the same time, our website comes in our new corporate design, featuring HUVI.SPHERE, our complete system.
Field test in Ticino: HUVI.NOMAD prototype detects smoke 17 km away
While being set up for planned test fires in Ticino, the first HUVI.NOMAD prototype detected a real fire near Milan, about 17 km from its location. The test fires themselves were prohibited at short notice for safety reasons because of drought and high wildfire danger.
HUVI.SWISS wins the Swiss CxO Award 2026
The Swiss CxO Forum honours HUVI.SWISS in the category Best Startup in Sustainability, for autonomous, AI-based wildfire early detection.
Project kick-off with ZHAW and SIPBB
Together with our project partners from ZHAW and the Switzerland Innovation Park Biel/Bienne, we celebrated the start of our joint Innosuisse innovation project.
Innosuisse approves innovation project
Innosuisse supports a multi-year development project of HUVI.SWISS with the Switzerland Innovation Park Biel/Bienne and ZHAW for the next generation of our early detection.
HUVI.GUARDIAN 1.1: AI on the device
The new prototype version runs the AI analysis on the system itself for the first time. Together with optimised sensors and classical image processing, it detects smoke earlier and more robustly, at distances of up to 10 km.
HUVI.FIREWATCH: beta version in testing
The first beta version of our monitoring platform is online, with user rights management, live tower status, a map module and alerts with escalation levels and SMS notification.

Innosuisse innovation cheque for HUVI.SWISS
With the innovation cheque, we are developing energy autonomy, image analysis and edge AI further together with the Switzerland Innovation Park Biel/Bienne.
